Solution Design and Architecture

Our end-to-end solution design and architecture specifications consider cross platform components in addition to the individual solution components. Project Management

Stats: 42 projects delivered over the 4 ½ year period following May 2008 representing a 91% successful completion rate (defined as on time and on or below budget)

Project Experience: Over 60 projects since 2002: 26 SAP WMS-specific, 8 mobile-relevant, and numerous feasibility functional/business analyst and training mandates with a customer repeat rate of 93%

 

SAP ABAP Programming

ABAP development (SAP Certified since 1998) with extensive experience  in external access to SAP (infrastructure design, data flow, and development for both mobile data collection and web interface). A majority of the more than 36 feasibility analysis studies were complemented by generation of specifications documents suitable for development teams.  

Business / Functional Analysis

We have extensive cross-modular SAP experience (MM - WM - PP - PM - AA - SD).  Several of our previous projects are aimed at streamlining front-end data capture and posting data (captured and derived) via the various SAP transactions (or interface technologies i.e. (BAPI, IDoc, BDC, RFC, etc.).

Combined with our Microsoft Partnership, and RDBMS exposure (Oracle, DB2, SQLServer, SQLBase) you are assured of the soundest tried and tested recommendations that maximize your ROI.

Business Process Review

Business Process Review  / Functional Analysis need not be related to SAP.  We have executed several mandates that are not related to SAP.  Although we specialize in SAP as the ERP system of choice, we are not resellers of that solution, nor are we limited to it...
